Fabulous Hot Chilli Vodka is a premium vodka enhanced with fresh chilli. We used Birdseye and Scotch Bonnet chillies to create a super smooth, HOT vodka that is surprisingly drinkable as a shot but comes into its own when used in cocktails. Use it straight from the freezer as shots or for a Fabulous Spicy Martini base. Mix it with fresh fruit juices or mixers to make long refreshing summer drinks and cocktails.

Fabulous Hot Chilli Vodka is the first serious Chilli Vodka, it fits in with our company ethos of "We won't make it if we aren't happy to drink it ourselves" I drink my Fabulous Chilli Vodka on hot sunny days as a long drink, I add two shots of Fabulous Hedgerow Gin and one shot (or maybe two!) of the Chilli Vodka to a tall glass, top up with ice cold tonic, a small hit of Lime cordial and lots of ice. Alternatively it makes a Fabulous Chilli Bloody Mary.

Tasting Note

The initial taste is lovely fresh slightly sweet Chilli, followed by a satisfying Chilli heat. The heat lingers and leaves your tongue tingling and your throat burning. As you would expect from a Fabulous Vodka product, there is no vodka burn, the vodka is pure grain and very smooth, all the burn comes from the fresh Birdseye and Scotch Bonnet Chillis that we use.
